Come join us for an engaging and interactive hands-on cheesecake making session, suitable for both beginners and experienced bakers!
Ingredients will be provided for first 30 registrants to work in groups of 3. Additional registrants can attend as observers.
About the Instructor: Mrs Evelyn Han
At Marine Parade Christian Centre, Evelyn is considered the church’s culinary artisan, who has a gift for making yummy bakes. Her recipe is made with love and premium ingredients with her pretty cakes served professionally. Evelyn’s baking journey started with her love for cakes. As she was dissatisfied with the price, quality and taste of cakes from bakeries, she started experimenting with her own recipes.
With more than 40 years of experience, Evelyn’s cakes are loved by many at home and at church. Evelyn blesses the church very often with her cakes on church events, be they celebratory or evangelistic. She merges her love for baking and people by selling her cakes to raise funds for missions during Christmas and Chinese New Year.
