About the event
A seminar on local herbs appreciation and their health benefits, followed by a cooking lesson on how to use them. Some local dishes will be featured. A light lunch can be enjoyed at the end of the seminar. Prof Darinee Alagirisamy lectures in NUS on South and Southeast Asian socio-culture, including food and drinks. Terry Wong aka "The Food Canon" blogs at foodcanon.com and is the author of the award-winning cookbook, Mum's Classics Revived.
