About the event
This is a lay training course under St Peter's Hall's School of Anglicanism. It comprises various modules to help us to appreciate what God has done through the Anglican Church and to rediscover her timeless treasures, gifts, and graces. They will also lead us to be more faithful to the rich disciplines of prayer, worship, mission and societal engagement that are part of our heritage and our living legacy.
This course will explore the events leading to the English Reformation in 16th century England, their enduring impact, and the on-going renewal movements which led to the growth of the worldwide Anglican communion today. We will also review the spread of Anglican Mission to Southeast Asia; in particular Singapore. We will be drawing out many rich and inspiring lessons that can help us to navigate through changing times as members of our Anglicans parishes.
